These are so easy to make I can barely call it a recipe! They’re pretty dark, so if you’re not a fan of dark chocolate I would add more rice malt syrup & maybe some almond milk to make them a bit sweeter.
40g coconut oil
40g cocoa powder
40g rice malt syrup
40g peanut butter (unsweetened)
60g rice protein powder (unsweetened)
15g dessicated coconut, plus extra for rolling in
Melt the coconut oil over a low heat. Add all other ingredients and mix until they come together. You may need to add a little water. Form into balls & roll in dessicated coconut to decorate.
